Policy for Cancellations

Cancellation Prior to Shipping:

You have the option to cancel your online order prior to the product being shipped. For pre-paid orders, you will receive a complete refund.

Cancellation after Shipment

You can cancel if the product has been dispatched, however a deduction of Rs. 500 will be made. Refunds are only issued after we receive the returned items.

The return procedure is as follows:

After we receive the product back, we will issue a refund to you. Kindly give the reimbursement 7 business days to appear in your account.
Prepaid Orders: The same payment method used for the initial transaction will be used to receive any refunds for prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be sent into the customer’s specified bank account. Clients are required to provide their bank account information through email or WhatsApp chat in order to initiate the necessary reimbursement procedure.

After a return request is successfully submitted, we will try two times to pick up the order. Should we be unable to pick up the order after two attempts due to unavailability, the return request will be revoked and you will not be eligible for a refund.
